Payroll Compliance, End to End

Accurate payroll, on-time CRA remittances, and year-end T4 filing — so you never face penalties.

What We Handle for You

Payroll errors cost Canadian businesses thousands in CRA penalties each year. We ensure your payroll is calculated correctly, filed on time, and reconciled at year-end.

Payroll Processing

Calculate gross pay, CPP contributions, EI premiums, and income tax deductions accurately for each pay period.

T4 / T5 Preparation

Year-end T4 slips for employees and T5 slips for dividends — filed with the CRA and distributed to individuals.

ROE Filing

Record of Employment prepared and filed with Service Canada when an employee leaves, is laid off, or has an interruption of earnings.

CRA Remittances

Source deductions (CPP, EI, income tax) remitted to the CRA monthly or quarterly — on time to avoid penalties.

Year-End Reconciliation

We reconcile all remittances made throughout the year against T4 summaries to ensure the CRA account balances.

New Employee Onboarding

We set up new employees in the payroll system, handle TD1 forms, and ensure correct withholding from day one.
